Knives: You have an industry-leading 120 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure that the knives are in excellent condition—no rust, dishwasher mishaps, alterations, or significant signs of wear and tear, please.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we assure you, it’s worth it.

Soft Goods & Consumables: Items such as aprons, knife rolls, oils, and waxes must be brand new and in their original packaging for a return.

Gift Cards & Personalized Goods: Unfortunately, these are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund.

VERY IMPORTANT: Unless the item(s) are defective, purchases made during our giveaways are non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period. After the promotional period concludes, you may return eligible item(s) for exchange or receive a Gift Card for the equivalent value.

Pre-Order Cancellations: Orders placed as pre-orders can be canceled within a 24-hour window from the time of purchase. Since our knives are made to order, we cannot make adjustments to pre-orders once they’ve been placed.
